Our Sales Effectiveness Audit starts with the people in order to understand their strengths, their weaknesses and the areas where they have a challenge to overcome. For larger organisations this involves an analysis of their strategic sales requirements and a process which maps out how well their existing team fits. From this we create both team and individually tailored training programmes that specifically tackle their needs.

For smaller teams and individual entrepreneurs we use a set of assessment tools that allow us to give the person a full understanding of where they need to get to in order for them to reach their goals.
